Herb Alpert Releases Two New Trumpet Albums

The famed Herb Alpert has been a genius not only in his playing but also in marketing a great product. Best known as the front man of Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass, Alpert has recorded many albums that have hit the top of the Billboard charts and multiple Grammy awards.

Now, Alpert has released two albums of original recordings bringing back that signature sound that has sold over 72 million records. Released in July, Music Vol. 1 features 12 tracks on songs ranging from the classics “Unforgettable” and “Strike Up The Band” to pop songs “I’m Yours” to the well-known Lennon lyrical “Imagine.”

Two months later in September of this year, Alpert released a Holiday album featuring 15 tracks of trumpet with symphony and choir. Just in time for the holiday season, this is Alpert’s second Christmas album. Take a listen to a sound that is still grooving the airwaves.
