New York Philharmonic Hires New Principal Trumpet
In a recent article on our website, news had come out that Chris Martin, the Principal Trumpet of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, would be taking a leave of absence to sub with the New York Philharmonic.
Today, the New York Times has published an article that the New York Philharmonic has now named Chris as their new Principal Trumpet, and will begin his new position in September.
