For the past few years, Sarah Willis, French Hornist in the Berlin Philharmonic, has been doing excellent things for the horn and brass world. Everything from personal interviews to a television series, she has been utilizing today’s technology and bringing world-class musicians right into our homes and computer screens.

She has conducted numerous interviews with everyone from Michael Mulcahy to Roger Bobo to the German Brass. This particular interview with Stefan de Leval Jezierski provides great insight into how an American from North Carolina was able to win an audition with the Berlin Philharmonic during the Karajan Era.
