Tuesdays on the Tube: Wycliffe Gordon

wycliffe-gordon

The beauty of jazz is the many different styles within the genre. Wycliffe Gordon is one of those artists who can do it all – trombone, trumpet, sing – and be great at it. Whether it’s a classic gospel tune or a jazz standard, Wycliffe is entertaining. Essentially, he is your modern day “Satchmo.”

This Thursday, September 15, 2016, go to Copious-Notes in Columbus, Ohio, to hear this legend perform with the Bobby Floyd Trio. You will not be disappointed.
