Tuesdays on the Tube: Yo-Yo Ma as a 7-Year Old

I recently stumbled across the rare video (courtesy of Slipped Disc) of Yo-Yo Ma performing in front of American presidents and other esteemed individuals including President and Mrs. John F. Kennedy, Dwight D. Eisenhower, Leonard Bernstein (as master of ceremonies), Pablo Casals, Marian Anderson, Van Cliburn, Robert Frost, Fredric March, Benny Goodman, and Bob Newhart.

Yo-Yo Ma – the greatest cellist, and arguably, one of the greatest musicians today. Enjoy this video of a Chinese boy, born in France, then came to America and is performing a piece by a French composer.
