Brass Day at George Mason University

This event is free and open to trumpet, horn, trombone, euphonium, and tuba students of all skill levels from 6th grade through 12th grade. Please bring your instrument. The featured guest artist is Aliyah Danielle, who will be giving a masterclass and performing a solo recital. Aliyah is a dynamic, unconventional artist whose work blends genres to tell stories through sound. A singer, French horn player, composer, producer, and educator, she performs internationally and has presented lectures and masterclasses across the U.S. She is the founder of The Fusion Collective, a visionary community reimagining performance and collaboration, and a founding member of The Chromatic Brass Collective. Aliyah is dedicated to equity in the arts and fostering spaces where community thrives.
