(World Premiere) Robert Sullivan Performs Stephenson’s Spinning Wheel with the University of Michigan Symphony Band

The confluence of light and music is front and center for this unique program, from the brilliance of fireworks and colors of moonlight to the light that symbolizes the energy of the human spirit. With music spanning from the Baroque to the present day, special works include the world premiere of Jim Stephenson’s Spinning Wheel featuring trumpet soloist Robert Sullivan.
