Product Review: Glenn Cronkhite Medium Double Trombone Bag

Update on Flying with the Cronkhite: In November 2019, I flew roundtrip on Southwest Airlines. On both non-stop flights, I was able to carry this medium double trombone bag onto the plane and stored the bag in the overhead bin with no problems at all. The bag was able to fit with plenty of room, and I was fortunate to board early. There were not a lot of passengers on both flights, and I did not ask the flight attendants about where to store the bag. I simply boarded the plane like everyone else and treated my trombone bag like the carry-on that it is intended to be. I am 6′ 6” so I can “hide” the bag behind me fairly well. Hopefully, the next flight will be of equal satisfaction. Thank you, Cronkhite (and Torpedo Bags), for making a wonderful gig bag!
