Have You Listened To The Latest Brass Recording?

If you have followed Last Row Music for a while, you will know the site is about gathering online resources for the brass musician.

Plain and simple.

First, the website contained links to websites of other brass players, then added brass auditions. From there it moved to including a list of brass technicians, a calendar of events, and most recently, a list of over 900 brass podcasts episodes. Now, LRM is adding another vital resource.

Brass Album Releases

For a few years, I have been wanting to collect information about new recordings from brass players but was never quite able to pinpoint how that would look on the website. After giving the idea some deep thought, I have created this simple list that hopefully will be an invaluable resource to brass (and other) musicians. Images of the albums will not be on the page to allow for fast performance when the page is loading.

To be added to the list of recordings, the criteria is simple: any brass instrument(s) must be one of the main artists on the album. Because it is only April 2019, I also plan to build a list of albums released in 2018. If you have questions, comments, or suggestions, please comment below or send me an email.

Click below to see the albums that have been released in 2019 and if you know of one that is not listed, please use the form on that page to submit a new recording.
